These treats are absolutely delicious! Lovely texture and flavorful. I had to double check the label to be sure these cookies and carrot cake are gluten free and vegan! Yes - these are truly amazing!!
I received these as a gift…oh, my, they are phenomenal! The texture is amazing. How can they be light, dense, melt in your mouth, chewy, and crunchy all at once? The walnut pieces, chocolate, and thick strands of coconut are in perfect proportion to each other and utterly delicious together. The salt on the top of each cookie is brilliant.
These cookies are so delicious that I don’t even care that they have totally sabotaged my diet.
